Running Physical Therapy

whether you’re returning from injury, chasing a new PR, or just trying to stay consistent - we help runners of every level run with confidence and longevity

Who We Are

PTs Who Are Runners Too

We know running from the inside out - the feeling of a long run clicking into place, and the frustration of being sidelined by an injury that won’t quit. Our team brings a runner’s perspective to every evaluation.

We don’t just treat the pain. We dig into your training load, your history, your gait, and your goals to find the root cause - so you’re not back into our office with the same problem six months from now.

2-3 sessions/week for 4-8 weeks

  • Comprehensive running evaluation: We assess your history, training load, strength, mobility, and running mechanics. You’ll leave your first appointment with real answers.

  • Gait and movement analysis: We look at how you move (including video analysis when helpful) to identify biomechanical contributors to pain or inefficiency.

  • Hands-on treatment and targeted exercise: Manual therapy, dry needling, and a strength and mobility program designed specifically for your body and your running goals.

  • Guided return-to-run or performance ramp: We build your mileage and intensity back up safely, or push your performance forward, with clear milestones and ongoing support.

  • Long-term home program: You’ll leave with a maintenance program you actually understand and can stick to, so you stay healthy well past your last visit.

I’d been dealing with IT band pain for two years. After three weeks at Aretas, I was back to running full mileage. They actually explained what was causing it and gave me a program I could stick with. I haven’t had a flare since.
