    • Hip or Low back pain

    • Pelvic pain

    • Round ligament

    • Leaking/incontinence

  • We are here to meet you where you are, whatever your desires are, to optimize your labor and delivery with education and hands-on coaching.

    • Education and discussion on positions for delivery

    • Learning to relax pelvic floor

    • Learning to push properly

    • Partner education on supporting mama during labor and delivery

Whether your goal is to continue doing the activities to love (like running or lifting), you want more guidance as to what exercises are “safe” during pregnancy, or you want to tap into the many benefits of exercise during pregnancy, we are here to help!
