Pregnancy

Every pregnant mama has her own journey, and every pregnancy is different. We are here to help with whatever your journey brings!

  • We are experts at navigating the changes of pregnancy, and we can help you with whatever obstacles you may encounter along your pregnancy journey!

    • Sciatica

    • Hip or Low back pain

    • Pelvic pain

    • Round ligament

    • Leaking/incontinence

    • Any new aches and pains creeping in with pregnancy!

  • We are here to meet you where you are, whatever your desires are, to optimize your labor and delivery with education and hands-on coaching.

    • Education and discussion on positions for delivery

    • Learning to relax pelvic floor

    • Learning to push properly

    • Partner education on supporting mama during labor and delivery

  • With hands-on therapy and guided exercise, we can help you create space for baby to get into optimal position for delivery, including for a breech or transverse baby.

  • We understand that you likely are only told to avoid lifting over 25 pounds during pregnancy. This can be frustrating and confusing! Whether your goal is to continue doing the activities to love (like running or lifting), you want more guidance as to what exercises are “safe” during pregnancy, or you want to tap into the many benefits of exercise during pregnancy, we are here to help!

Postpartum

We see patients as early as 2 weeks postpartum. The sooner the better, but it’s never too late - we see moms who are 10 years postpartum, having ongoing issues stemming from pregnancy and postpartum.
