We understand that you likely are only told to avoid lifting over 25 pounds during pregnancy. This can be frustrating and confusing! Whether your goal is to continue doing the activities to love (like running or lifting), you want more guidance as to what exercises are “safe” during pregnancy, or you want to tap into the many benefits of exercise during pregnancy, we are here to help!
Postpartum
We see patients as early as 2 weeks postpartum. The sooner the better, but it’s never too late - we see moms who are 10 years postpartum, having ongoing issues stemming from pregnancy and postpartum.
