Postpartum Care
When to start?
The sooner the better, but it’s never too late! We see patients as early as 2 weeks postpartum. On the other end, we see moms who are 10 years postpartum who are having ongoing issues stemming from pregnancy and postpartum.

Declining estrogen levels can lead to a myriad of symptoms including musculoskeletal issues, vaginal dryness, pelvic pain, and declining bone and muscle mass. At Aretas we can address many of these issues and find tools for management and decreasing long term negative effects.
Men’s Pelvic Health
Men can have pelvic floor dysfunction as well! Some issues that we can address include:
