Our Osteostrong program aims to address osteoporosis and osteopenia, through an evidence-based, progressive exercise program, tailored to individual needs and limitations. The messaging behind exercise after a diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia can be very confusing, and we are here to clear it up! Resistance training is crucial for rebuilding healthy bones. Through education and hands-on training we will create a program you feel confident with!

Program Outline

  • 2 - 3 days/week, 6 - 12 weeks 

  • Baseline movement assessment and evaluation

  • Gradual strength training and plyometrics

    • Ensuring safety and proper form during exercises

  • Education and lifestyle modifications 

  • Progress monitoring and adjusting as needed
