We aim to address osteoporosis and osteopenia, through an evidence-based, progressive exercise program, tailored to individual needs and limitations.

The messaging behind exercise after a diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia can be very confusing, and we are here to clear it up! Resistance training is crucial for rebuilding healthy bones. Through education and hands-on training we will create a program you feel confident with.

2-3 days per week for 6-12 weeks

Recognition of the crucial role of exercise in bone health is becoming more common. Yet, still rare are PT programs which specialize in treating bone health. Enter Aretas!! Their osteoporosis program targets both improved bone density and fall prevention. Under the direction of Katelyn, assisted by Maddie, client-specific exercises focus on strength training, weight bearing, mobility, and balance. Intensity is carefully increased as clients progress. Meanwhile, the signature welcoming, collaborative atmosphere of Aretas encourages every client.

The program checks all the boxes. Bottom line? It works!! I couldn’t be more grateful.
